Ascendum in the USA awarded on Volvo annual dealer award ceremony

Volvo Construction Equipment, North America hosted its annual Dealer Awards Dinner in conjunction with the Associated Equipment Distributors summit in Chicago, Illinois on January 11th. Each year Volvo awards its top dealerships across North America based on performance for the previous year in a variety of categories. 2016 proved to be another great year for Ascendum as the company was recognized as a Top 3 dealer in 7 award categories.

The company won Third Place for Best Service Response Time, as well as Second Place for Highest Retail Finance Participation, Highest Technician Competency and Customer Support Circle of Excellence. Ascendum’s most notable achievements were highlighted when the company was awarded First Place awards in Highest Over The Counter Parts Fill Rate, Highest Retail Finance Volume with Volvo Financial Services and most impressively, Highest Retail Sales Volume.

“This clearly makes us the largest retail volume Volvo Dealer for North America and the most top 3 finishes in the various award categories. In addition, many of the categories in which we excelled equate directly to good customer service by our customer support and credit groups…I know everyone has worked hard to achieve this…What a great report card!” Said Ascendum’s President and CEO Brad Stimmel said.

These awards are further proof that the hard work and dedication of Ascendum’s employees continues to garner recognition within the Volvo dealer organization. The company will add these wins to the lengthy list of awards we have won over the past 12 years.
