Standard machine warranty

A 12-month comprehensive machine warranty (or 2.500 operating hours) covering spare parts, labor, and travel expenses. This is your machine’s first layer of protection.

Extended machine warranty

Go further with customized protection.
Ascendum offers flexible warranty extensions of up to 5 years or 10.000 operating hours.
Extended coverage gives you long-term confidence with tailored scopes and durations. Reduce risk and secure your machine with premium, long-lasting protection.

Coverage from day one

The standard warranty begins at delivery and is valid for 12 months or 2.500 operating hours, whichever comes first.

What’s included

You’re covered for spare parts, labor, and travel expenses related to warranty issues.

What’s not included

Normal wear-and-tear parts (such as filters, belts, or brake pads), misuse, and insufficient maintenance are not covered.

Filing a claim

If something goes wrong, we take care of it. Contact Ascendum and our certified technicians will diagnose the issue and handle the repair. If it’s covered, there’s no cost for you.

Warranty extensions

You can add an extended warranty for longer protection, with terms and coverage tailored to your machine, usage, and business.
