The SENNEBOGEN 875 E is a powerful material handler designed for bulk and general cargo as well as for ship loading, unloading, and discharging. It is available with either a crawler undercarriage or a mobile undercarriage, and additional options include gantries, crawler gantries, rail gantries, rails, and pylons to adapt to individual infrastructure needs. The machine can be fitted with a wide range of attachments such as orange peel grabs, clamshell grabs, magnet plates, and timber grabs, ensuring maximum versatility for different handling tasks. This powerful material handler is equipped with a 391 kW engine that meets the latest Stage V emissions standards, with an optional 390 kW electric version that eliminates downtime for refueling. Its impressive reach makes it ideal for unloading Handysize vessels, while a handling capacity of up to 1200 t of copper ore per hour ensures outstanding performance for both bulk and general cargo.
Huge energy saving potential
Thanks to the innovative Green Hybrid energy recovery system, the machine reduces required engine power and guarantees constant force across the entire cylinder path with the support of a separate gas piston accumulator at the rear. This smart technology lowers operating costs significantly and delivers energy savings of up to 50 %.
Custom configuration
Engineered with flexibility in mind, it can be individually configured to suit diverse infrastructure needs. Options include crawler, mobile, or gantry undercarriage solutions for loading trucks, along with equipment lengths of up to 29 m. On request, a lightweight port stick made of high-strength steel is available, enabling maximum load capacities with reduced deadweight.
