- Extensive experience (≥ 6 years) in prospecting and sales in the heavy earthmoving machinery market or similar, especially in the northern region (preferred).
- Technical and product knowledge will be valued.
- Experience in B2B commercial contact, especially with clients from the construction, extractive, logistics, forestry industries, among others with potential interest in the type of equipment we sell.
- Ease of negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal fluency and ability to build long-lasting commercial relationships.
- Adaptability to highly dynamic and competitive environments.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and strong drive.
- Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ease with computer tools from a user perspective.
- Knowledge of English.
