Opportunity Profile

• Technical training providing solid knowledge in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical components.
• Previous experience with agricultural machinery or similar equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and English language skills.
• Valid driving license and residence in the Loures/Lisbon region.
• COTS certification is preferred.

You will be responsible for managing the After-Sales Technical Service, guiding and monitoring the implementation of the quality standards required by the brand across dealerships.
You will act as the liaison with the factory for warranty claims handling and in defining tailored technical training plans.
You will also promote effective cooperation within the network, with a strong focus on results.
