About the opportunity

In coordination with the prospecting and sales team, we need you to strengthen the promotion of our products, define the best technical fit between our solutions and customer needs, and manage, both technically and logistically, our import relationship with the represented brands.
Your commitment to results, growth-oriented dynamism, and a proactive, empathetic attitude will be critical to approaching market opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships between businesses.
Opportunity Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in sales, product management, or commercial activities (preferred).
- Interest and ability to provide technical support to the sales process.
- Passion for the heavy machinery sector.
- Experience working with a sales team.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software (namely Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Autonomy, resilience, and initiative.
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication and empathy.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results in highly dynamic and competitive environments.
- Flexibility and availability to work varied schedules.
- Driving license and availability to travel within Portugal and abroad.
