Opportunity Profile
- Completed secondary education, equivalent vocational training, or higher education.
- Professional experience in secretarial tasks involving telephone and face-to-face customer service.
- Knowledge in administrative management (preferred).
- Interest and commercial aptitude with clear communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.
- High organisational sense and time management.
- Proficiency in IT tools from a user perspective.
- Ease with spoken and written English.
- High sense of organisation, responsibility, and dynamism.
- Driving Licence.
Main Responsibilities
Performs customer service and reception activities. Ensures administrative processes supporting management. Guarantees the receipt and dispatch of internal and external mail. Provides support for activities and events that may occur at the establishment or externally. Integrates, in a versatile and flexible manner, general administrative routine tasks.
